Voting

My polling place was within walking distance so I hoofed it there when I got home in case turnout was high and parking was difficult. My fears were unfounded I walked right in with no line to speak of. They actually had my name on their list as well, even though I moved a little over a month ago and changed my address at least a week later. Will wonders never cease? The machine was one of the new electronic jobs with LEDs behind the names and such to tell you who you voted for. It seemed to work properly. Now the waiting game begins. Hopefully it won't last a month this year.

UPDATE: If you're going to walk to your polling place, make sure you wear good shoes. Silly me has a blister on his foot now.
